Meet the Team

Michele LaRocca
Executive Office Coordination Assistant
"As Executive Office Coordination Assistant, Michele LaRocca is the first point of contact for new patients. She helps to ensure all information is processed safely and securely, and that clients feel supported as they initiate services with Changing Lanes. She is happy to address any client concerns, and also to aid in resolving issues for clients, therapists, and other team members."

Cianney Johnson
Registered Behavior Technician and Client Retention Liaison
¨I've been an RBT with Changing Lanes for about 2 years now. My hope for the role of client retention liaison is to pick up new skills and experiences for my future in ABA and my own future business endeavors. I am an artist all around; I plan to eventually have my own art gallery. I paint, draw, crochet, and sing. However, painting has a special place in my heart. What inspires me to paint is the word of God and the beauty in all of His creations.¨

Tamyra Edwards, Psy.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
"I’m deeply motivated by understanding how clients experience and make sense of the world. Learning their stories helps me accurately understand their presentation and connect them with the supports and services that allow them to thrive. I also genuinely enjoy the problem-solving nature of evaluations. They feel like meaningful puzzles that help clients better understand themselves, and I'm able to be a part of that. I value my work with Changing Lanes because it allows me to serve individuals who may otherwise be limited by insurance barriers, while also being part of a collaborative, supportive team that is committed to making high-quality evaluations accessible."
