Registered Behavior Technician

"I'm Nichelle C. Brown, MBA, RBT. As a Registered Behavior Technician, it is extremely gratifying to witness the progress that's made by my clients. As an instrumental part of developing a person on the ASD spectrum, I feel compelled to provide the most excellent service possible. My goal is not only to provide a service, but also ensure the quality of service is noticeable in every client whom I serve. At Changing Lanes Intervention Human Services, we strive to provide the best in quality and service to all our clients and staff. We offer a full line of continuing education courses to elevate our team to new heights. We also offer in-home, daycare and school services. This helps me to establish a great work-life balance and the opportunity to continue my education."

Tamyra Edwards, Psy.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

"I’m deeply motivated by understanding how clients experience and make sense of the world. Learning their stories helps me accurately understand their presentation and connect them with the supports and services that allow them to thrive. I also genuinely enjoy the problem-solving nature of evaluations. They feel like meaningful puzzles that help clients better understand themselves, and I'm able to be a part of that. I value my work with Changing Lanes because it allows me to serve individuals who may otherwise be limited by insurance barriers, while also being part of a collaborative, supportive team that is committed to making high-quality evaluations accessible."
